Well, I am an inverted triangle too - but a much shorter &#38; fatter version with MUCH more pronounced shoulders &#38; arms than you! I definitely do not tuck &#38; I hate all the puffy &#38; flutter sleeved tops out there. But you have such awesome arms - I would think you could work some of those cap sleeve tops that are so challenging to most women. I love my denim skirts - I have three and find them as versatile as jeans and much easier to wear in the heat. I tend to do alot of tanks with cardigans (long &#38; short sleeve) with my denim skirt. I have a few scoop neck, elbow length tee shirts (yes, tee shirts) too that I sometimes wear - from AT &#38; J Crew. Also, though you are very tall from what I see, maybe you can checkout the petite tops (since you are short-waisted).
