I have a blonde pencil as well that I can use for just a few tweaks. I like this one for the lightness, but wish it had more warmth in it. I know, it IS ash blonde but I was afraid the dirty blonde would be too dark and I already have a dirty blonde powder color from Bare Essentials. Overall, it will be used but the search may continue. It does require a light hand to apply.</p> <p>Second - the Blinc Eyebrow Mousse in Light Blonde. This is a mascara style wand and a little messy for me. Blond is a good neutral color for me, not dark or orange-y like some other brow colors I had tried. Clear is for casual days when I just want to look natural but groomed.&nbsp;</p> <p>A clear mascara might work, too.
