The regular size fits like slim Bermudas on this 5’2” body with athletic thighs. I’m very happy with this length and close fit. The mid rise works perfectly with my short rise and ends just above my belly button. One of those was planned to be a great classic *slim* fit bermuda (slim fit for the legs as most shorts have leg openings that are too wide for my thighs). I've come up empty handed. I've tried some from the loft, from jcrew and saw some expensive ones online at Nordstrom in Finds but they were only in black and I just don't love myself in black shorts in the high heat.</p> <p>I'd love to find a neutral dark grey or green or maybe blue pair but I've just about given up.</p> <p> </p>
