We had plenty to talk about but somehow it didn't feel that...personal and hence was only "meh". I don't think it will go anywhere. I felt overdressed since the guy was fairly dressed down, but whatever. It seems like the consensus is that I should go ahead and wear it (the date's tonight). FYI the top is fully made of lace, so it's not that "soft" of a top, which is why I had some hesitation. But at the same time, I also want to avoid looking like I'm trying too hard, as well. Does this lace peplum top, styled pretty much as it is below (well, without the necklace) count as "trying too hard"? It's a first date, and just coffee. And for those of you who are still in the dating world, what do you wear on first dates?
