Shoulder seam to seam 13", but it has a double seamed shoulder to allow for the pouf so it's more like 15 1/2" from tip of shoulder to shoulder. Oh, heck, it's easier just to put it on and measure that way!<br /> Sleeves 24 1/2" long and about 13" circumference around the outside where it meets the armpit seam. But I have 10 1/4" biceps and I wouldn't want it any snugger! Waist about 30 1/2" around, the outside again, so my almost 27" waist wouldn't want it any snugger either. I notice Modcloth tends to sell clothes from other designers at a markup and they rename the clothes with totally different made up names and don't always name the original designer. Like calling the blazer Grad School Ace Blazer.
