I don't buy a lot of clothes online but I did have to return an online purchase from Nordstrom. &nbsp;This involved me having to print the return slip on my computer, attach it to the package and drop it off at the local post office. I went to the rack to take care of a .COM return, they told me that the policy changed and wouldn't accept it. I drove slightly out of my way home to hit up a second rack, and they accepted the return no questions asked. I think they started enforcing the policy in Oct/Nov last year. I know because I was being lazy and didn’t want to drive the extra 20 min each way to Nordstrom to make a return and the cashier told me so. I ended up making the drive. (I'm not sure why.) So that is probably why they don't want expensive items returned to the Rack stores. Because I live in the sticks, I order online a lot. And returning to The Rack was a major benefit - I’d get credited right away. But now, well, I don’t know. Have you noticed this? </p>
