I think that strapless is suppose to be IT friendly. I haven't had much luck with this style but I think it's because my upper body/shoulders/trapezius are so substantial. DD is an IT too but her shoulders are so square that it makes her look like Spongebob.&nbsp;I think if you are somewhere between these two extremes it&nbsp;would definitely work.
