It's a trade-off. They are "peak" boots by Franco Sarto...I don't know the brand or anything, but they looked nice, and the leg is nice and slim and fit perfect. I left them there though, I'm pondering them. I need new tall black boots, I usually prefer them perfectly flat, not even the little heel. I think these ones might be too casual too...what do you think? The zipper is on the outside of the boot...kind of neat, but maybe what makes them more causal. I like the toe shape though, I'm pretty picky about that. </p>
