Generally I think it works well for an hour glass figure, but it also depends on your mid section, since it looks like a very clingy dress that won't hide any "flaws". E.g., I have a flabby belly and would not wear this; I'm an hour glass but need styles that draw attention away from the mid section, e.g. through a wrap style or ruching or other details in the cut. If you have a firm mid section, this could be stunning!
