That is strange. Is it a petite small or regular small and how tall are you? I'm thinking it's NOT a BF cardi - just an ill-fitting one. Seems to fit wrong under the arms, and the shoulders (though hard to tell in the photo). But the arm length is fine. Hmm. I think a BF cardi should fit well in these two areas - it's just longer. </p> <p>I have noticed that ATL has had some serious quality issues in the past year. Very inconsistent.
