OK, that's what I figured. I usually wear a 4 and I tried up to a 10 just for comparison, but no dice. The 10 was far too large...everywhere but the shoulders. This is in comparison to the Miss Sixty jacket, which is cut similarly, but I could still wear a Small in that one.

So sad. Maya, it reminded me a little of the jacket you tracked down a while ago. Great shoulder line. Ah well. Back to the drawing board:(

I'm pretty sure they are juniors, but an S usually fits me fine and I am usually an XS or S (I do have smaller than average shoulders though).

BB Dakota runs tiny. I know they were a lot of Bella's wardrobe in Twilight... I feel they are a juniors brand but am not above buying something if it fits.

Yes, it's the smallest across the back of all the juniors brands I've tried. I had to get my BB Dakota drapey leather jacket altered to fit me - it had enough seam allowance and I loved it enough to justify it.

I'm just curious. I tried the fab sharp-shouldered jacket that Angie listed in her recent blazer post and had major fitting issues with the shoulders being incredibly narrow.

I'm an hourglass and my shoulders are proportionate and not overly wide, but I went up THREE sizes in this jacket and still found the shoulders to be too narrow. The width across the top of the shoulders got wider with increasing size, but the narrowness across the back remained. It was the same issue as the NAS Miss Sixty jackets but much more pronounced. I've never run into this issue before trying these two brands.

It's a great jacket, but not for me. *sad*
