I intend to wear it forever though.</p> <p>My problem with inexpensive watches is that they didn't seem to last. When I was in college I liked gold and silver toned watches so they matched my gold and silver jewelry. After awhile, the gold would wear off and they looked awful. My sister always has problems with inexpensive watches breaking. So if you don't mind frequently replacing an inexpensive watch I have no problem with it. They get grubby by the buckle/clasp and that is where they can get worn looking.
