Us US residents are very spoiled with the return policy luxuries here :). I ordered 2 sizes but in petites (which I rarely do) and found that they ran really small; the larger of the 2 sizes fit though a touch snug, and I ALMOST didn't even order it because I figured my normal size would work! Would it have been an option to exchange for the other size at a store? In the past if you returned something you would just lose the rewards points. In any case, I should have asked Aida about sizing because I need a different size, so I called to arrange an exchange. Well, LO AND BEHOLD, they can't just do an even exchange. I get my rewards back, but not for two billing cycles, and if I want an exchange I have to pay full price for the correct size. </p> <p>I was so irked that I decided to just return the pants and not bother getting the correct size. The agent told me I am not the only person with this issue and said she would put it in my "feedback".</p> <p>If you have a Gap card, keep this dumb policy in mind! </p>
