One option is to buy from Etsy or a similar place and have the item shipped to the person, or from Amazon, or from&nbsp;a store in that person's area. Online makes it &nbsp;alot easier.&nbsp;</p> <p>I actually did both last year -- one Etsy item, and one tiny packet that simply went letter mail and did not cost a lot. Can't remember the exact price of sending but it was not prohibitive at all. I had that option because the package wasn't too big and less than 1 kg. If you don't want to pay too much shipping you should look up the particulars beforehand and then make sure you buy something that works for the low cost shipping.
