I don't have anyone in my "real life" that shares these passions, so I'm hoping to connect with like-minded individuals here. </p> <p>My main fashion challenges are:</p> <p>(1) Dressing to fit my style persona while also addressing the reality of my body type -- For instance, I love short, clean, geometric hair styles, but I have thick curly hair! Also, I'm generally modest, but I have a large bust for my frame which makes me stand out and appear more alluring than I would like to appear regardless of what I wear.</p> <p>(2) Moving beyond denim -- I love denim in all it's incarnations and wear it a lot as it suits my teleworker/casual lifestyle, but I would like to incorporate other fabrics and non-denim styles into my repertoire.</p> <p>(3) Reconciling my purchasing habits with my values -- I would like to move more toward supporting sustainable and animal-friendly designers/manufacturers/vendors.</p> <p>I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone! </p>
