The adorning flower is "felted", a method I had been wanting to try out for a while. It worked pretty well,it was much easier than I thought. </p> <p>My outfit:</p> <p>Talbot cream turtleneck sweater<br /> vintage altered skirt (from my grandmother)<br /> gray cotton tights<br /> Steve Madden taupe booties (that my brother got me for Christmas!
