If you tell them your budget, I think you'll find they will work to accommodate it the best they are able. When I took my 20 year old daughter (32E), we really wanted to keep cost per bra down since she lives in a dorm and realistically the bras were sometimes going to end up in the washing machine instead of being hand washed. We ended up averaging about $60 each and she is so happy with them!
Once you've found styles you like, you can order by phone so it won't be necessary to travel back. And they email to let you know about sales.

I think you'll be fine as long as you bring your boobs. It is a good idea to take a top or two that is typical of what you would wear, but at the Intimacy I have been to they have a very thin black drape that you can put on over the bra to get an idea of how it looks in something close-fitting. Of course, your own clothes are always the best predictor.

If it were me, I might take a pen and paper, or something else to write with. I have found several styles I like when I go there, but often only end up buying one or two. I like to write down the other style names/numbers so I can purchase those in the future.

Ann, I would take a top that represents the kind you wear most. I have learned from our bra expert, Maya, that the "tee shirt bras" that look good under close-fitting knits are less supportive than other types, such as seamed lace. If you wear close-fitting knits, you need something that looks smooth beneath them, but if not, you may decide against a tee shirt bra and won't need to bring a tee.

The price often depends on how much support you need, but $75 sounds about right. I would say a decent bra costs around $60 - 90 for the average figure. If you're particularly busty, they get more expensive.

Oooh they opened one at Fashion Square?! How exciting. Competition for Nordies though. I'll have to walk by it today and see what it's like.

My only tip -- don't be bashful! And expect to spend a pretty penny and buy a couple bras. $75 sounds about right for each bra. I bought two bras when I went to Intimacy but they do try and push you to buy more than that, plus lingerie wash, etc etc etc. I did buy the lingerie wash that they recommend and it is great.

Have fun!

After reading all the posts about bras because right now I'm just having bra issues and am trying to figure out what to do about it--I went to the intimacy website, saw they had opened a store in Scottsdale and made an appointment. It's a 2 hour drive tomorrow morning from Tucson, but hubby's off so we are going! Any tips? Should I take close fitting knit tops and shirts to try on with the bras? How much should I expect to spend on a bra? I currently spend about $75 for one that my boob keeps coming out of! argh
