Considering the fluctation in your weather conditions, it would be a good idea to have something ready for both snowy cold days as well as more mild ones. When I was interviewing I relied on my old work wardrobe for the most part, but added a few things that were missing. </p> <p>Since I was interviewing in the warmer months, I found myself without any stockings or closed toe shoes. I regularly went hoseless at my old my job so all of my summer shoes were open toed. I also added a few conservative cardigans because knits are easier to fit than fitted jackets. </p> <p>Being able to throw together an interview outfit on a day's notice was crucial to me.
