She tried to return it but they didn't want it back, so she got to keep it! Amazon ships so much stuff that there are bound to be mix-ups. The original buyer will get a refund or a replacement; personally I don't think it's a big deal, especially coming from a large company with huge margins. Gap sent me some baby jeans and gloves with my order. I called them and they said to keep them. I didn't want them so I intended on bringing them back to the store. They got lost in the back of my closet and when I uncovered them I decided to donate them since I was heading to do a donation drop off.
