I have been searching for waistcoats for years. Inge (waves thanks) found me a leather Rachel Zoe about 3 yr ago and I have an ancient AT from the 90’s where the quilted silk is starting to shatter. I would wear this as a top w a lace cami peaking out. Usually buttoned. With jeans, crops, dressy ones esp cropped w velvet midi skirt tuxedo pants. Under a blazer. As Angie said open or closed over a tee or tank. Over a sheath dress. With a skirt pretty much anywhere depending on the fabric, pattern and fit. Oversized casual. Fitted as a top. Love this. I would have bought the Nili Lotan Angelina but I could not justify the price. I don’t like the scoop of the colins. I’ll be following if anyone finds nice ones. Zara has a ton but I have not been impressed in general with Zara’s quality and I’d rather wait (waiting...grey hairs multiplying..,). It seems D&amp;G and some designers have them but again not within my budget. Wish they would come back. Sigh.
