Dog lovers and walkers are generally lovely people.</p> <p>Smittie - hopefully the crisis will be averted soon, I do think we will all be changed from this experience.</p> <p>Joy - keeping a safe distance is so important at this time. My doggies don’t understand because they are so sociable, but as an owner, I take the social distancing responsibility very seriously. Dog walking is our daily highlight too. Yesterday we saw neighbors out with a new puppy a poodle- Australian shepherd mix. Some others had an adorable bernydoodle ( Bernese mountain dog+ poodle). We practice distancing and chat from across the street.<br /> It is also fun to look for signs of spring. Some shrubs have small tight buds and there are sheltered crocus blooming. A tree was full of honey bees. The owner said it was a maple, the smallest maple I’ve seen.
