If the legs are slim enough, the waist and bum are usually too tight on me, hence uncomfortable in warm weather. I've settled with "boy-friend" Bermudas...slouchy, slightly above the knee. Then one can swap the heels for flat sandals and remove the topper and they can go out in the heat with a tank, t, or some sort of cotton top. One can play around with length and proportion to achieve a satisfactory look.&nbsp; I do not see a frump factor here anywhere. </p>
