I have tried the gel part/half piece, like under foot pad or behind ankle but they move so much and create what feels an odd lump under the foot that I never last long. And then I tried now full pieces made of leather, wool, a funny bumpy kind from Scholls and also a athletic gummy kind. Ideally I would like something like the gel pieces but in a full foot or full front foot so the lump doesn't just hit part of my foot. Is such available. My 80 year old mom is always willing to shop and send me stuff. </p>
