Wide legs don't work well for my life most days; skinnies don't get in my way as I'm cleaning house or gardening or walking while chewing gum so i don't trip over all the extra fabric. And yeah, I trip over wide legs when I'm walking while chewing gum. Because graceful LOL</p> <p>I think these "in" &amp; "out" lists are designed for the sole purpose of making us get rid of old things so we have to buy new things. They're designed to make us feel like we NEED new things. They're designed to get us to part with our money. And they're full of malarkey.</p> <p>Chelsea boots, bomber jackets, and bucket bags are out? Ok, please explain that to all the bomber jacket owners I know who have been wearing their bomber jackets for decades.</p> <p>Dad sneakers are in? The others I just don't get. They'll call something "so last season " before its even available at retail.<br /> I prefer to think of in and out as availability, sometimes it works in my favor, sometimes not. What is the best thing available at retail now for me, and how can i style it harmoniously with my existing wardrobe? If it suits my overall vision, it belongs in my wardrobe.
