Tanya & Maya, thank you both for the tips. Tanya, I will definitely let you know if I see it on sale in your size. I need a size 29 (possibly 28 if I can keep working out at the same level that I am right now!). Do they stretch out alot in your experience or does that depend on the wash? Well, since we are both stalking the same item, I will keep an eye out for you - two set of eyes are better than one, right? Awhile back, i remember seeing a bunch of Joe's at Off Saks outlet (not any good dark washes though). Of course this is before I had ever tried on a pair of Joe's so I didn't even give them a second glance. I know they occasionally have 40% off coupons that come out. I was kind of hoping for a miracle sale like last year at the regular Saks...

Thanks for the info Maya! sadly the dress is not available in XS anymore, and the discount wasn't worth breaking my shopping ban anyway. But it is very sweet of you to be thinking of me:)

Hi Shana, how strange, I have been wanting those exact same jeans in the same wash for a while, but haven't managed to find them on sale in my size. I do not remember which size you need, but Tobi has them on sale in 24 and 25 ( both too small for me)

http://www.tobi.com/product/13.....nim?aff=cj

Another site has them in all sizes, but the discount is fairly small, only $15:

http://www.designerstudiostore.....ductID=682

The way I find these is I go to http://www.thefind.com, type what i am looking for ( in this case Joe's jeans Muse perry) and gives me a list of almost all online stores that sell them:

http://www.thefind.com/search?.....muse+perry

Good luck with the search and please let me know if you see them anywhere on sale in size 26.

Hi Shana. I have seen the Muse on Bluefly in a number of washes. They might not be the same as the ones you tried on but they might have something worth trying.

Tanya: thanks for the info! But I'm with you on the shopping ban :(. I don't know if I should tell you this but that BCBG sweater dress went on sale at Nordies. It's still too expensive for me, but it might be something worth breaking your ban over since you have been looking for a long time.

Tanya, thank for the tip. I got a super cheap pair at ON during their G&G sale last weekend (I they came out to $14) but I think the rise might be too low for me so I am back to the drawing board. A 10 in rise might be too much though...I hope that these are in the store for me to try on.

BTW, any tips on stalking Joe's Muse jeans (perry wash)? I had a chance to try some on at Anthropologie last weekend and was amazed at how great the fit was and how flattering they were. The 9 and a little inch rise fit like it was made just for me. It's funny because I have never bothered to try Joe's because I always thought they were better for Pears which I am definitely not. But somehow they were more perfect than any other premium denim that I have tried on - the rise, the cut, the materials everything. Of course, with my current budget, I cannot pay $158 for them so want to create a list of sites to monitor sales. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
