If it's a long kurta, wear with jeggings, jacket and pumps and you're golden. If it is medium length, wear with straight leg jeans and pumps/wedges and you're all set. My father is Indian and so I have a definite penchant to add aspects into my wardrobe even though culturally I am more Caribbean than Indian as I was raised there.A bunch of my jewelry is that lovely bright 22K gold brought from India as gifts. Funnily enough this season's use of bright colors has(for me anyway) infused some of what I love about Indian style into my typical Western wear--marigold yellow or bright red pants? Love them!
