I am a work at home / MOTG (mom on the go), so I can relate to the jeans and top formula. I upsell it a bit by wearing the best fitting jeans I can, and I also have found some knit pants that are styled as jeans that work well for comfort but I find them looking nicer than jeans. (Some of these be what is called ponte?)&nbsp; For tops I keep it simple, and dress it up by wearing high quality cotton t-shirts or silk or cotton blouses with a lot of pattern in them. I shop online almost entirely, unless I get near a thrift shop, and I can spend some seriously self-indulgent time in there. I hope the forum and the blog are just what you are looking for, to spice up and define your signature look. Perhaps I've been taking that skill for granted since university days, but it's very much in evidence here. <br />I'm going to throw a tip out there: when you're at Nordstrom today, perhaps you could get a sales associate to snap a picture of you in a couple of the outfits you're considering? This will have the dual advantage of allowing the ladies here to weigh in on the choice itself while giving them a chance to see what you look like and tailor all future advice to your shape, colouring etc. The first pic is a nerve-wracking experience for us all, but I can guarantee 0 judgmental remarks.
