His current pair of sunglasses were $3 at ACE hardware, and are polarized with UV protection. They aren't the classiest (hence the current search) but they aren't awful. My current sunglasses were $25 from REI and are also polarized with UVA and UVB protection. Although I did find a very good pair of men's sunglasses in a drug store once for around $15. Jongs, maybe? It was one of those really good drugstores in SoCal. Maybe it's worth checking out garage sales.
