I bought mine from Amazon over 5 years ago and have been very happy with it. </p> <p>The steamer heats up in a trice, and I can steam up to 45 minutes at a time on one tank of water. Follow the directions and don’t use tapwater or you’ll be cleaning it out all the time. I use distilled water as recommended, and have never had to clean mine. It still works like a charm.</p> <p>The only quibble I have with this steamer is the hose. It’s a little stiff, and a little short for my liking. Also, the hose is not insulated, so keep it away from your arm as you steam. That sucker gets hot!</p> <p>Because the steamer works so well at removing wrinkles, the hose is not a dealbreaker for me. I've had mine since 2004, and it still works like a dream! It really pumps out steam, is super easy to use and works really fast. I love it--it's the best steamer I've ever owned. I haven't traveled with it--we usually take DH's old steamer, not as good but okay. By the way, he loves the Joy steamer too. If I had a business trip or had to present at an important conference I'd take the Joy steamer.
