The challenge is the out-of-comfort-zone thing - it feels exciting in the moment but then never quite feels like me. YMMV. I’ve determined that a) I want a flat front (vs pleats) since it is a better look for me (and my tummy) and b) NO BLACK. I’m completely off black anything at the moment.</p> <p>I want to experiment with 1 good pair of wide legs (once I find them) before going wild on the style. I was looking for somethings different than that, preferably something in color like burgundy, rust, mustard, even red. And you wouldn’t believe how difficult that is. There are so many black, navy and plaid pants. Sometimes you only get store credit, in some stores you can return only if it has some defect, and in very short time frame etc. Once they did a sniff test on something I tried to return, it was sooo embarrassing. But I should have checked COS return policy, maybe it is not that bad.
