It has massive tropical flowers on it and was either hand painted or the material was made from photographing (or something similar) said artwork. It certainly makes an impression but I don’t know if it is impressive. I go back and forth on whether or not it is JFE. It fails JFE in photographs.<br /> I have not worn my dressier items-the dressier black skirt, more ornate tops, dress sandals. I have worn one somewhat dressy dress for a virtual baby shower.
