I've just started looking online and in the stores and I'm disheartened. I've seen practically nothing I really liked, but that could also be because we only have September. I don't want to miss out on a great coat though, so I didn't want to wait too long.</p> <p>I want a coat that's kneelength, so I can continue to wear my skirts in winter. I don't want a black or brown coat - navy or grey would be great, or even a nice bright color. I definitely want waist definition and a detachable hood would be nice (but not mandatory). The biggest problem is, this coat has to keep me warm in really cold and wet weather. Last winter we had double-digit sub-zero temperatures for a long time. I'm all for layering in winter, so I can compensate a little bit with my actual clothing, but not much. I already have a coat I can wear just until we get near zero.</p> <p>Any ideas were I could try and look for a coat? Keep in mind that I'm in Europe, so some online ressources may not be usable. I'm glad about any suggestions! </p>
