I once had a student inform me I used the word "actually" 45 times in an 50 minute class--almost once every minute! I knew something was going on because the entire group started cracking up by the 30 minute mark. Needless to say, just being aware of this verbal tic made me avoid that word like the plague in the future. Thankfully, I can't send you a link to the performance. &nbsp;At least I had an OK hair day! </p>
