I noticed this morning that I am now a Veteran!</p> <p>So I figured what a great time to just write and let you all know how greatful I am for finding this community and how appreciative I am for being so warmly welcomed and included.</p> <p>I have been fashion/style obsessed since I was a little girl and rarely do I connect with women in real life who share that love and find it as interesting as I do so can you imagine just how excited I was when I found you?!</p> <p>Being part of YLF has taught me to embrace and develop my own style and not try to dress like 'someone else'. YLF has taught and encouraged me to try new things and see how, and if, they can be incorporated into my personal style. 12 months ago, I had a wardrobe full of black clothes:) Now I have added red, yellow, green and even patterns. Goodness, I even pattern mix, subtly I know, but the next step wil be more 'radical' I promise lol</p> <p>I now have a wardrobe full of clothes that I love to wear. I also find that my wardrobe contains outfits for all occasions. I have become more intentional with my purchases and stoppped buying for my 'imaginary life' (mostly).</p> <p>And perhaps the lovliest thing is I have had the opportunity to 'meet' Angie and all of you amazing women here. Even though we communicate on line I feel I know you. We share our style and our fashion preferences and slowly we share that little bit more of ourselves. I think of you as I do my real life friends, sharing your joy during happy times and upholding you in my prayers when you share you are encountering challenges or difficulties.</p> <p>Oh, and did I mention just how much fun I have here?!</p> <p>Thank you all for being so 'fab'. </p> <p>xxx Deborah </p>
