You look more hourglass than pear to me but the structure of the dress is making it hard to tell for sure and I'm thinking you might need a better bra?
Nice dress! You wear wide necklines especially well and the color sets off your beautiful skin.

I will say the same thing I always say when I see threads about body type: your measurements are not how you decide your shape, because measurements don't hold constant the thickness of the body. A person can have wide hips and a flat bottom or narrow hips and bottom that protrudes a lot and their hip circumference could be exactly the same.

Here's what you're after. You want to stand in form-fitting items, such as a stretchy cami and tights or leggings. You don't have to photograph it for us if you'd prefer not to, unless you're utterly flummoxed and want some input. Don't choose items that change your shape, just items that hug it. No pleats, or draping, or tailoring.

Rest your arms comfortably at your sides, or hold them ever-so-slightly out from your hips so it's clear where your hips end and your arms begin. Now, look at the relative WIDTH of your shoulders, waist, and hips. Forget the front-to-back measurements and don't get distracted by self-defeating thoughts like, "I wish I had Michelle Obama's upper arms," or "I wish my belly area was flatter." Set all that aside for one moment and let yourself only focus on your two-dimensional shape.

If your shoulders are your widest point, you could be an inverted triangle, a rectangle, or an apple. How can you tell -- well, on the IT body, the shoulders are noticeably wider than everything else. On the apple, the whole upper body is kind of all overall wider than the lower body (in other words, it's not only the shoulders.) And on the rectangle, that's also true, just that rectangles tend to be more "straighter" and/or more angular than apples.

If your hips and/or thighs are obviously your widest point, you're a pear.

If your hips and shoulders are roughly the same and you can see a definite waist, you're an hourglass. If your waist is so tiny it's hard to fit, you're almost certainly an hourglass. (Not all hourglasses are voluptuous and curvaceous like Christina Hendricks on Mad Men.) You might be a pear too -- keep comparing your hip width to your shoulder width to make that determination.

The ITs, apples, and rectangles have hardly any visible waist definition. And we tend to hate that! :)

Also, keep repeating to yourself: There is no "right" body type. There is no "right" body type. There is no "right" body type...

You look lovely in blue again! You might do a search on Blog posts by Angie on How to dress Hourglass (as that seems to be the current consensus for your body type).

I remember the first time I read one of her posts on body type and was blown away by the level of detail of her explanations, and also the different effects the cut of clothes can create. I had been completely oblivious to neckline, for example. I always knew that my favorite t-shirt was my dark blue one. I didn't really know why, but that I liked it on me. Turns out it was my only t-shirt with a v-neck. Ha! The rest are all high crew necks. :)

I'm in agreement with everyone else. I think you look more like an hourglass than a pear in this dress. We'd need to see a photo with very fitted clothes to give you a good idea. You definitely are starting off right, though! Pictures are way more helpful than measurements because measurements can't show whether those inches are in front or in back!

If you are up to it, a photo taken while you stand with your hands at your sides, relaxed, with you wearing fitted workout clothes usually yields the most accurate assessment.

I don't see pear, but might be mislead by the dress. You might have a primary body shape that is hourglass, and secondary pear?

The dress is great and you should absolutely wear it out and about! Some fashionable shoes, bag and maybe jewellery or scarf and you're good to go.

To my eye, you look like an hourglass. You have strong shoulders that balance out your hips, as well as having a defined waist. Janet is right that it would be best to try this photo exercise in very fitted clothing.

I'm not so sure about pear either (I have pear tendencies, so my eye is usually pretty attuned to it). The cut of the dress might be misleading. It's usually best to try a photograph of full body, from straight on (not from a high angle or a low one), wearing tight fitted clothes like stretchy workout gear. As for measurements, they only tell part of the story. It's usually about the balance of hip to shoulder width, how much waist definition there is, and where on the body one tends to carry weight.

It is hard to tell. In that dress, anyway, you look hourglass-y to me. You definitely have a defined waist (which I lack)! I don't see you as disproportionately hip-heavy here. But anyway, others here are usually better at this than me. :)

Possibly, but it's difficult to tell with that dress. You may be a Figure 8, though. What is your shoulder, waist and hip measurements? Remember your body type is determined by what it looks like from the front, and doesn't include the bust measurement. Also, do you have to wear a different size top than bottom? If not, I'd rule out pear.
