They cost about $25 each and I've seen them in places like REI and online. I also have custom orthotics and they cost around $300. I have had relief from both options.</p> <p>But definitely go see a foot doctor. They help... I think.. but I'm still not sure if I'm just trying to convince myself that they do. I'm wondering if all they are doing is heightening my heel (as they don't even reach my arch in the arch area) and I've heard that's even worse. </p> <p>I'd love to hear from someone who has feet like mine, and please tell me if custom arch supports are worth the price. </p>
