She measure from the top of my shoulder to the middle of my knee. (my knees are scarred). Most of the dresses on sale at AT and AT Loft measure 21 inches?</p> <p>What am I missing or do I need to shop in a different department?</p> <p>I am confused by this. I am 5 ft 6 inches with longish legs but ??????? </p>
