It is not the one by Divided, the tag has an ampersand and the word jacket next to it. The quality is great and the price awesome, $29.95. I wanted to give a shout out, they were selling like hotcakes at my local store. I'll update this with a picture once I get home. My ipad is giving me trouble uploading pictures to YLF. </p>
