Currently wearing Orly "Ingenue" which is a sheer purple base loaded with coppery-gold sparkly flecks; when it shines it's a brilliant shimmery copper, when there's less light or no reflection you see the purple. I feel no need to change the scheduling aspect of this routine, but I'm feeling like the time may be right to tweak my nail polish colour. </p> <p>I'm attending another wedding on Saturday, and so I have a nail/eyebrow appointment scheduled for later this afternoon. I'd love to hear whatever suggestions you may have for refreshing a pedicure style. </p> <p>My own guidelines: I know many of you have been embracing blue nail polish shades in recent years, but I'm not sure if I want to go there. I wore blue nail polish all the time as a teen and am struggling to get past that association, though I'm sure more refined shades do exist. What I really want is a colour that will complement my summer footwear collection, not one that will become a wardrobe item in and of itself. Fortunately most of my summer shoes are neutrally toned, so I'm definitely after something in a happy hew.
