Mr. M is going on a trip to Equador and Galapagos in early September. I'll share your post with him. He wants to go snorkeling but someone said he couldn't, he's too old! He's taken some swimming lessons and now goes to the gym to swim every other day.&nbsp;</p> <p>I'm not up to going on this kind of a trip. I'm glad that he found a group he can go with. I'm looking forward to a leisurely cruise later in the year.</p> <p>He's worried about the altitude. Some have told him not to worry, he doesn't have to take pills. It's great because he's really working hard to get in shape.
