I think the sweater and the suede boots are too heavy. I think you should go with a silk top or lightweight top. The color of the skirt is a neutral so anything will go with it. I like the cut of the skirt It is flattering.Keep the skirt and find a spring color to go with it. The necklace is competing with the cowl neck of the sweater.
