I have been haunting thrift stores looking for a vest like this, too. The junior sizes are too small and the misses small are too large/boxy.I guess that's why hers was altered for the perfect fit! I don't think a white blazer is on my must-have list - I know I just would get it dirty instantly, knowing my clumsy tendencies - but oh boy, this gave me motivation to go out and seek a vest that actually buttons, so I can try to put together a similar look with my own pieces.
