As much as I like your regular outfits, I feel this dress doesn't do your body justice at all. I don't like the sleeves, I don't like the cut, I don't like that it looks kind of big at the top but too snug at the bottom... and it looks weird from the back, IMHO. It makes your shoulders look like they are going down, as if you were upset or something, due to the dolman sleeve, and then there are the wrinkles... I believe you can do much much much better.
