I was doing so well in the no shopping in June challenge. Yesterday I was posting that I am still shopping my closet. Well let me tell you I am a big fat failure. But oh well. </p> <p>So from downtown Chicago to home there are 7 thrift stores of varying types and sizes. One of the largest is Unique Thrift in the Chicagoland area. Well there is one on the exit before the suburb I live in and I said to myself, self were just going to stop in and take a look. Well oh my goodness they were having a 50% of sale store wide. I lost my freaking mind. I stayed in that one store for 2 1/2 hours. Spent $14.75 and walked away with:</p> <p>3 pair of wide leg denim high waist jeans from Ashley Stewart new with tags.</p> <p>2 blouses, 1 silk tank top, 1 beautiful button up, and to head wraps.</p> <p>I went home and I was in guilt heaven. I decided to count how many pairs of wide leg high waisted denim I have in my wardrobe.</p> <p>Well the grand total is 15 pair to include the 3 just purchased. In my defense some of them are on there last leg but, I will be wearing them until they turn to dust. </p> <p>How about you do you have anything or item you seem to always repeat?</p> <p>P.S. The Salvation Army thrift is opening a location literally 3 blocks from my home. Oh my GOODNESS pray for me. </p>
