And I bought a black lacey cami that I've worn loads.</p> <p>Interestingly, wasn't so fussed in the end on getting booties or a winter dress, which I thought was high up on my list - the other things did just as well.</p> <p>This season I have noticed most that I've completely moved away from my mantra of buying 'basics that will be flexible' to pieces that are more distinctive and earn their place more in my wardrobe. I could use a new skinny black belt and another bra as well.<br /> My new post-SYC plan is to maintain my current size wardrobe (once those few holes are filled) and move forward by replacing 2 clothing items and one accessory each month. On this plan, my wardrobe will be refreshed every 3 years (kindof like the Senate.. LOL) and my shoe wardrobe will be refreshed roughly every 5 years.
