Hot pants, though did not have to be scandalously short. Interestingly, we did not wear these bare- legged.<br /> The kind of shorts- tights look I have a<br /> sugar eye for, even though if is seasonally confused forms, running so cold, is wool or tweedy shorts with warm opaque tights- cabled, even- and chunky shirts or boots, cozy sweater.<br /> I think from an outfit creation point of view, I think you might need some different elements to get a cohesive look. Different tights and footwear with denim, or different shorts and top with sheer or semi- sheer tights. I found that fully opaque tights or leggings are what make or break the look, to my eye (&amp; Synne's).
