I was refreshing my bra drawer and buying from my favorite sales person. One topic of conversation led to another and I told her how disappointed I was in a pair of tights that I bought (I kid you not) over a year earlier. They would not stay up, even though I had the right size. I had been so frustrated with them that I threw them away, even though they were relatively expensive. She gave me a credit back for them. SERIOUSLY! Just like that. Over a year earlier. No receipt. Only my word on it. No merchandise to take back. And she gave me a credit. Nordstrom earned my undying loyalty that day.
