I absolutely love Crocs and have many pairs that are perfect for my commute via public transportation. </p> <p>I have the cream/black pair that you pictured and wear them constantly with white ankle pants, jeans, skirts and shorts. Also they look good with black pants/skirts booked with a white blouse/jacket on top. </p> <p>Hope you kept them. Crocs now makes them in white with silver toe and brown with a black toe. Love, love love! I worry about removing the lining--I did that with a white linen blazer last year and let's just say it was a big mess that could not be salvaged. The lining was actually part of the lapels in two places, and there was no linen allowance to fold back and stitch. The rest of the blazer was full of frayed seams (they had not been bound or cleanly finished off) and it was ugly. I had to toss it. Is there any chance your jacket could have been made in two "batches" and the first batch maybe did indeed have that cotton lining?
