I have purchased a couple but I have gone for very streamlined, v-necks. No needle and thread required. (and no off the shoulder flash dance look, either!) Tees are great becaue the edged will stay in tact and you don't need to finish them. You find raw edges and exposed seams on lots of garments now a days, so it's perfectly acceptable. I was thinking that if the crew neck is too tight, I will cut just right around it and sort of go from there. I think that if you also cut off the hems on the sleeve and bottom edge, it makes it look intentional and complete. I know that it's something that Angie recommends for MOTG, and they look great when I see them in pictures here, but I don't think that I've worn one since high school. Being larger and large chested, I didn't think it was something that would be flattering for me. With 45 pounds gone, I am willing to give it a try. I've been looking locally and online, but haven't found any that strike my fancy that are not super expensive. Plus with a large chest, I want more of an all over design than one that will focus more attention on my boobs.
