The first one is a gray collarless with short sleeves. The second one is black, has three quarter sleeves and a collar. I have had them for several years and wear the black one so much that I ordered a second one three years ago. (I purchased the first one about eight years ago) I think I have worn the gray one only once before but I have been experimenting with it.
